Terra Yamaken attended and extended congratulations at the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 2 Subproject – December 19, 2025

Terra Yamaken Concrete Joint Stock Company is honored to attend and extend congratulations to the Project Management Board and all construction contractors on the occasion of the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Package XL-01: Roadway Construction (from the starting point to Km2+550, including Duong Xuong Bridge), under Component 1: Construction of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 2, section from Phu Huu Bridge to Vo Nguyen Giap Street.

Project Information

Objective: Complete the Ring Road 2 alignment by connecting ongoing segments, closing the critical belt route, alleviating traffic congestion at the Eastern gateway, and enhancing Ho Chi Minh City’s urban infrastructure capacity.

Scope of Works:

  • Construct 22 parallel carriageways (ROW: 67 m), each 18 m wide with 3 traffic lanes.
  • Build 2 approach ramps for Duong Xuong Bridge on the parallel roads, each 18 m wide with 3 lanes.
  • Develop the Bình Thái Interchange as a full cloverleaf configuration, integrated with an underpass on Vo Nguyen Giap parallel road to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow.
  • Complete intersections with D2 Street, Duong Dinh Hoi, Tang Nhon Phu, and associated technical infrastructure on both sides in compliance with urban road standards.

Total Investment: Over VND 2,653 billion.
Schedule: Groundbreaking on December 19, 2025; expected completion in Q2/2027.
