Yamaken Co., Ltd. was established in 1953 in Japan.

2006

Yamaken Co., Ltd. was founded in Binh Duong province, Vietnam.

2016

The Terra group expanded its investment and transformed into Terra Yamaken Concrete Co., Ltd.

2020

Terra Yamaken Concrete Co., Ltd. acquired all ready-mixed concrete plants along with management and operational systems from INSEE Vietnam and transformed into Terra Yamaken Concrete Joint Stock Company; it expanded the production scale and supply of ready-mixed concrete in the markets of Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Long An.

2024

The company expanded investments and developed plants in Long An and Ba Ria-Vung Tau provinces.

1912

Holcim Group was established in Switzerland.

1994

Holcim has been present in Vietnam since 1994, with a manufacturing plant in Hon Chong, Kien Giang province, and a cement grinding station in Cat Lai, Ho Chi Minh City.

2005

Holcim merged with Lafarge, a French construction materials company, to form LafargeHolcim.

2017

Holcim Vietnam was acquired by Siam City Cement (SCCC) from Thailand and renamed INSEE Vietnam.
