Organize a first aid course and first aid skills training for all employees working directly in the factories.

As a major provider of concrete solutions, we are committed to ensuring the safety and health of our workforce, particularly those employees who frequently work with machinery and equipment in the manufacturing and construction sectors. Recognizing the importance of equipping our staff with first aid skills, on May 27th, Terra Yamaken collaborated with Medic Binh Duong General Hospital to organize a first aid course and skills training session for all employees working directly in our factories.

This course is designed to equip each individual with basic first aid skills, enabling them to respond promptly in case of an emergency. First aid is understood as initial actions taken to support or treat a patient immediately when they face risks, accidents causing injuries, or sudden illnesses, while awaiting help from medical services or doctors. The first aid skills training provides workers with essential knowledge about wound care and practical guidance on basic procedures, helping them to provide initial assistance or treatment to victims before an ambulance or medical personnel arrives.

Implementing first aid plays a crucial role in preventing the victim’s condition from worsening, while also creating opportunities for recovery and saving lives. Terra Yamaken always prioritizes the safety and trust of our workforce, viewing it as the foundation for stable and sustainable business development. Nevertheless, the risk of workplace accidents persists in all work environments, and if first aid is not performed correctly, injuries can become more severe, potentially leading to fatalities.

To facilitate the access and retention of first aid skills, we have converted the training content into illustrative videos. Employees can watch and apply these skills accurately when needed.
