Terra Yamaken provides fuel cost support for employees

In response to rising and unstable fuel prices in the market, the Management Board of Terra Yamaken Concrete Joint Stock Company has recently implemented a fuel cost support policy for all employees, demonstrating timely and flexible care for workers’ livelihoods.

This support is available to employees currently working at Terra Yamaken and aims to help alleviate transportation cost pressures during a period of significant fuel price fluctuations. Accordingly, each eligible employee will receive VND 200,000 per person per month, applied for two months: April and May 2026.

A representative of the Management Board stated that although the financial value of the support is not large, it represents a practical and timely gesture of sharing, helping employees cover fuel expenses, work with greater peace of mind, and continue to stay committed to the company.

Terra Yamaken is currently one of the enterprises that consistently places strong emphasis on people—not only through long-term policies and benefits, but also through timely support measures aligned with real-world circumstances. After the implementation period, the company will continue to monitor market developments to consider additional support policies when necessary.

The implementation of this fuel cost support policy once again reinforces Terra Yamaken’s commitment to accompanying, sharing, and pursuing sustainable development together with its employees.
