TERRAYAMAKEN: ORGANIZING A SHARING SESSION ON RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT FOR MANAGEMENT LEVELS – BUILDING SUSTAINABILITY

As part of the 2024 internal training plan and the roadmap to enhance the knowledge of middle management.

Good to Great” by Jim Collins was the first book selected by the Board of Directors for sharing on August 12, 2024. In addition to promoting a reading culture, the Board of Directors also created a platform and an engaging environment for participants to share their ideas and impressions after reading the book.

This sharing session was attended by personnel including the Directors in Charge, Department Heads, and Deputy Heads from various regions, participating in open discussions to enhance their knowledge and management capabilities.

Sticking closely to the book’s theme, the participants were very enthusiastic about sharing and expanding their knowledge and thinking in current management tasks, maximizing their reasoning abilities, analyzing issues to build and develop sustainably together!

Terra Yamaken always emphasizes training through practical sharing sessions to contribute to building a model that enhances management capabilities for the middle management team specifically and the company’s management team in general!
