🌍 VGBC – A Pioneer in Green Building Development in Vietnam
Established in 2007, the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) is a non-profit organization and the sole representative of Vietnam in the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC). VGBC administers the LOTUS green building certification system, which evaluates projects based on comprehensive criteria including energy efficiency, water conservation, sustainable materials, occupant health, ecological impact, and project management.
The LOTUS system is tailored to Vietnam’s local conditions and recognizes green buildings across multiple certification levels: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
