A supply point closer to jobsites in Duc Hoa

Terra Yamaken Concrete JSC held the opening ceremony at Lot LG12, Road No. 2, Xuyen A Industrial Park, Duc Lap Commune, Tay Ninh Province.

Before the administrative reorganisation, the area belonged to Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, home to a dense cluster of industrial parks and factories on the western edge of Ho Chi Minh City. Xuyen A is Terra Yamaken’s second plant in the former Long An area, after the Ben Luc plant.

For ready-mixed concrete, the distance from batching plant to jobsite determines delivery time and how consistent the concrete quality is at the pour. Located inside Xuyen A Industrial Park, the plant shortens delivery times to factories, warehouses, industrial-park infrastructure and building projects within a radius of about 25 km, reducing the risk of delayed and interrupted pours.
