Terra Yamaken Pioneers AI Application in Concrete Technology | Professional Collaboration with Sika Group

Pioneering the application of new technologies and AI is not just a vision; it is the guiding principle for all technological investment decisions at Terra Yamaken. Guided by the motto “Elevating Value – Pioneering Technology”, we firmly believe that industry leadership is defined not merely by production volume, but by the capability to master technology at the very core of production.

On July 22, 2026, Terra Yamaken’s technical management team held an in-depth working session with experts from Sika Group (Switzerland) to evaluate the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into two critical operational links: input aggregate control and concrete mix design.

✅ Digitalization of aggregate assessment via AI: Enabling real-time analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of aggregates, controlling the risks of material fluctuations right at the source, and ensuring consistent workability for every batch.
✅ Mix design optimization via the Sika® MixDesign platform: Integrating aggregate assessment data, optimizing aggregate proportions based on actual trial results, and fine-tuning the water-cementitious materials ratio (w/cm) for diverse applications. This facilitates the highly efficient utilization of constituent materials and the development of specialized concrete product lines.

This represents the next crucial piece in Terra Yamaken’s strategy for AI and new technology application—a purposefully driven journey to systematically consolidate our leading position in the Vietnamese ready-mixed concrete sector, not only in volume but also in technological capability and quality reliability.

Terra Yamaken extends our sincere gratitude to Mr. Jurg Schlumpf, Mr. Charles Jones, and the team of Sika experts for their professional accompaniment and knowledge exchange. With pioneering technology as our core foundation, we will continue to proactively seek, evaluate, and adopt the world’s most advanced technologies—striving toward the premier position in Vietnam’s ready-mixed concrete industry.
