Terra Yamaken’s Site Visit and Experience Exchange with INSEE and CPAC (Thailand)

Guided by the orientation to provide the most specialized and optimal concrete solutions for the Vietnamese construction market, continuous learning, technological updating, and expanding international partner networks are among the top priorities of Terra Yamaken Concrete JSC.

Materializing this strategy, on May 21 and 22, 2026, the key management delegation of Terra Yamaken embarked on an official working visit to INSEE and CPAC—the two largest and most prestigious ready-mixed concrete enterprises in Thailand.

In-depth Exchange on Effective Management Models and New Technologies

Within the framework of the working program, the delegation directly visited the partners’ key facilities. The itinerary included site inspections at the Customer Service Management Center, the Research & Development (R&D) Center, and the batching plant networks.

Here, Terra Yamaken representatives and experts from INSEE and CPAC held in-depth discussions. The working sessions focused on exchanging practical experiences regarding business models as well as highly effective plant operational management methods. Referencing models from industry leaders in Thailand provides Terra Yamaken with practical perspectives to further perfect the advanced operational principles inherited from Europe and South Korea that the company is currently applying.

Concurrently, the R&D experiences from the partners serve as valuable resources for Terra Yamaken to strengthen its quality control capabilities across its current network of 10 batching plants (including large-scale plants such as Tan Dong Hiep, Song Than 3, Cat Lai, etc.), aiming to continuously enhance quality and develop specialized product lines that meet new market demands.

Creating Momentum for the 10-Year Sustainable Development Strategy

The core objective of this business trip was to connect and elevate long-term strategic partnerships with regional counterparts—entities with outstanding technological strengths and extensive administrative expertise.

Furthermore, the program created practical opportunities for Terra Yamaken’s core management team to enhance their executive leadership skills and to access and apply the latest technologies in the building materials industry. This is a crucial preparatory stepping stone, directly serving the company’s sustainable development strategy for the next decade, ensuring the maintenance of its position as a reliable partner in the context of the rapidly growing Vietnamese construction sector.

Concluding two highly effective working days, Terra Yamaken Concrete JSC would like to express its sincere gratitude to the Board of Directors and the teams of experts at INSEE and CPAC for their warm, thoughtful hospitality and their open, professional knowledge sharing. The trip has yielded substantial practical value and paved the way for robust collaborative opportunities in the future, working together towards developing comprehensive building material solutions.
